I bet you’d like to do that again.’ That’s when a light bulb went off,” Derifield recalled. Derifield came up with the idea for a cruise four decades ago when he asked his daughter, who was 16 at the time, why kids cruised University Avenue and not Fourth Street. Food and beverage vendors will be on the route, and 105.7 KOKZ will be broadcasting live.
